The meeting of the board of directors for Noida Authority’s board meeting Noida Authority is expected to be held on September 24. The Authority may consider reducing the cost of transferring property during the meeting, TOI has learned.
Although officials claim they have been asked for the meeting scheduled next week. However, they have still waiting for the final approval from Authority chair Sanjeev Mittal.
The Noida chairman, who is also the UP’s Industrial and Infrastructure Development Commissioner is the head of the investigation team. Examining into the Supertech Emerald Court case and has yet to submit his findings for the government.
The board meeting will determine if the Authority could reduce the fees for property transfers. The RWAs, businessmen, and flat owners have been contacting the government. The aim is to bring attention to the massive transfer charges they must pay the Authority when selling their homes.
