After installing WPForm contact form plugin in wordpress site, you need to install GSheet Connector WPForms plugin from the wordpress plugin directory. This plugin helps you to connect WPform to Google Sheets.
Once both plugins successfully installed then you need to authenticate both plugins with each other.
Go to the authentication tab.
· Click on Get Code Button
When you click on the get code button, you will get the authentication code of your Google Drive, that code will connect both plugins with each other.
So click on Get Code button now.
· Allow GSheet Connector Plugin to Get Access of your Google Drive
Without a website, owner permission plugins can’t access your property, so here you have to allow GSheetConnector Plugin to get access to your site and Google Drive too.
· Copy Authentication Code and Paste into Google Access Code Box
Once you allow GSheet Connector WPForm plugin to your Google Drive, you will get authentication code. You have to add that code to the GSheet Connector Plugin website.
After then, click on the SAVE button to complete the authentication process.
Congratulations! Both plugins integrate with each other successfully.
Now you have to create a simple contact form in the WPForm plugin.
Connect WPForm contact form plugin with Google Spreadsheets
Earlier in this post, we have cover how to integrate WPForm plugin to Google Sheets. In this section, we connect the WPForm contact form to Google Sheets.
After the completing integration process, GoogleSheet Form setting Tab automatically unlock. So go to the Google sheet setting tab.
· Select Right Contact Form
Once you lead to the Setting tab, there you will get Select Form dropdown option. So choose the right contact form that you want to integrate.
· Enter Google Sheets & Tab Name and its ID
After selecting the contact form, GSheetConnector plugin asks you targeted Google Sheets and Tab Name and ID.
If you don’t know how to get Google Sheets and Sheets Tab ID, then follow the below step.
Open targeted Google Sheets, once you open it. In the Sheets URL (slug) /d/ you will get one code that code is Sheets ID, and after #gid = you will get numbers that numbers are Sheets Tab ID.
Grab all the information from Google Sheets and plug it into the GSheet Connector WPForm plugin and click on the UPDATE button to save all the settings.
