OneHub Chennai (OHC) is an Future Ready Business City that encompasses 1250 acres (506 ha). OHC is planned to offer the infrastructure needed for future-proofing business operations. It will provide multi-modal connectivity for logistics as well as plug and play infrastructure as well as clear title to land, facilitation assistance for all clearances required by law and well-planned social infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
OneHub Chennai is located in Greater Chennai, on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), the main growth corridor in Chennai. Apart from the two State Highways that connect OHC to the Central Business District of Chennai The planned Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) adjacent to OHC will allow more access to Industrial Corridors, National Highways, State Highways and Seaports.
A masterplan for OHC is created in collaboration with Jurong, AECOM and RSP.
The project was created by CapitaLand in the form of a joint venture in partnership with Ireo as well as a Japanese Consortium comprising of Mizuho Bank and JGC Corporation. CapitaLand is Asia’s largest and most diverse Real Estate Group that owns and manages a portfolio of more than S$137.7 billion as of March 2021.
